Terrence Howard’s Ex-Girlfriend Claims The Actor Beat Her Up Too — See The Shocking Injury Photos

Terrence Howard‘s ex-wife obtained a restraining order against the Crash star last month claiming domestic violence, and now a former girlfriend of the 44-year-old actor has come forward providing RadarOnline.com with exclusive photos from last year when she alleges he hit her and gave her a black eye and bruises on her body.

May Seng Yang claims she dated the sometimes married A-lister on and off for nearly 12 years, and during a May 2012 altercation at his Pennsylvania home — with then-girlfriend Erica Taylor present — Yang claims Howard choked her, threw her to the ground and hit her left eye with his fist.

According to Yang, Howard reached out to let her know he would be home on the weekend of May 5-6 and wanted her to stop by, but after she didn’t hear back from him that entire weekend she stopped by his home and Erica answered the door.
“I was standing outside the gate, and Terrence came outside smoking a cigarette. Then said, ‘What are you doing here? This is my girlfriend and I told you not to come by,’” Yang explained.

“I said, ‘You just talked to me two weeks ago, I just saw you about a month ago.’ He got angry and started calling me a b*tch and said, ‘I told you to leave me alone.’ He walked in the house. I was still talking to Erica about me and Terrence.”

Yang says that after a few more minutes of chatting with Taylor, Howard came back outside and that’s when things got physical.

“Terrence came to the gate again. He opened the gate and then came towards me with a lot of anger. I took a few steps backwards toward the sidewalk. He then grabbed me with his hands and choked the right side of my neck,” Yang claims.

“Then he pushed me to the ground. As I was on the ground, he then smacked me across the face and hit my left eye with his fist.”

The photos provided to Radar corroborate Yang’s alleged injuries — photos that were also provided to the Whitemarsh Township Police Department in Pennsylvania:

“I tried to get up and had my iPhone in my hand. I threatened to call the cops. Before he came and attacked me, I was going to leave. I was trying to explain to him that I was not trying to start trouble, and I wasn’t being violent. I was just trying to explain my side to Erica,” Yang told Radar.

“He had said, ‘F**k this. I’m going to jail for this tonight.’  After I tried to call 911, he grabbed my phone and threw it to the ground. It did not break, and I saw him [pick up] the phone after I got up the second time he pushed me to the sidewalk and tried to hit me again.”

In a statement to the Whitemarch Township Police, Yang says she ran across the street to a neighbor’s house where she was finally able to call 911.

“Then the cops showed up. I talked to ambulance techs. I didn’t think I needed a stop to ER. But I told them that he hit my left eye, that it was throbbing, and he choked me. I wasn’t bleeding, so I said no, I did not need to go to the hospital,” she said in her statement.

“[Terrence] has not been threatening before. I didn’t expect him to be violent towards me. There were several occasions I stayed at his house and because we knew each other this long, and he would call me whenever he was home to let me know that he wanted to see me. He would call my phone numerous times till I would see him.”

Howard and his ex-wife Michelle Ghent have a history of abuse allegations, she was even granted a restraining order in 2011 following alleged violence at the actor’s hands during a South African excursion, and she has expressed concern over his mental state.

“He has said many times he has issues, and he is not a ‘right’ person. I became very sympathetic towards him over the years that I knew him,” Yang said, echoing Ghent’s concern for Howard’s stability.

“I did not personally know Terrence to be this violent. I only heard the accounts he had in past relationships and did not see an angry and or violent side. I read about his reports of domestic issues from his ex Michelle, and she would try to explain that she had proof of his violent behavior, and I did not really think he could be like that.”

But Yang changed her tune after the physical run-in with Howard last year, telling Radar, “Yes he is psychopathic, yes he has violent tendencies.”

“He is a full-out liar!”
