AGN Brouhaha: How Frank Dallas Dragged Ibinabo To Police Station Over Impeachment

Impeached National PRO of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) recently involved the police in seeking to protest his impeachment from office by the national body of the guild. According to information made available, Frank Dallas alleged that the first female president of the guild sent some boys to attack him.

Acting on Frank's report at the Area C police station, Surulere, Lagos, Ibinabo was invited by the police, which she honoured to answer the allegation by the impeached PRO.

After getting her side of the story, she was let to go few minutes later.

However, the Victor Osuagwu-led Lagos AGN showed solidarity for Ibinabo when the comic actor reportedly stormed the police station with some of his members.

Speaking  on the matter, Ibinabo said she wonders why Frank is taking the whole issue very personal with her. The light-skinned screen diva stated that due process was followed in impeaching Frank and advised him to go through the normal procedures in pursuing his grievance if he feels he has been cheated on.

A source clamied that Frank was petitioned by some members for some allegations which the guild wrote Frank to answer but the movie producer failed to respond to at the stipulated time.

When contacted, Frank didn't give us the full side of his story. However, we got copies of the said petition, the query sent to him requesting him to defend the allegations raised in the petition and his (Frank) response.

A source close to Frank claimed he (Frank) is being witch-hunted by some elements in the guild.
