iBroad Group Launches New Media Broad Awards : Recognizing achievements in new media communication.

iBroad Group has launched an Africa-wide competition for excellence in online communication and social media, both on a practical level – The African New Media Broad Awards. In a fair, transparent and independent competition with a high level jury panel formed by leading practitioners to rate superior online strategies, campaigns and social media tools from across Africa. Furthermore, outstanding bachelor and masters thesis dealing with online communication will be honored.

The New Media Broad Awards would be the first of its kind award in the African PR and Communication field that will exclusively honor outstanding achievements in online communication. A shortlist of participants would be published at the end of December 2013. 30 award categories covering all disciplines ranging from social media communications, and technology to digital public affairs while fully exploring the range of the profession, providing a comprehensive look at exemplary cases.

Submission Deadline is schedule for December 15th 2013 and the Gala Ceremony will be held at the Oriental Hotel, V.I Lagos,January 18th 2014.
