Kris Jenner's (Keeping up with the Kardashians) talk show cancelled

“Kris Jenner’s Talk Show — Axed,” screams the headline of a RadarOnline story that goes on to claim Jenner was informed by “FOX executives that her six-week trial run at being a talk show host will be just that —  it’s not coming back for a second run.”

According to the webloid, Jenner was told, “There is no chance the talk show is going to get a green light from FOX. The ratings were averaging an abysmal 0.8 and advertisers were less than enthusiastic about it.”

A so-called source adds in even more unnatural language, “Kris did get a ratings bump for her last show when Kanye West revealed the first baby pic of daughter, North West, with Kim, but that was a one time shot in the arm and it wouldn’t be indicative of what the ratings trend would be.”

Did the “source” really say use the full names when saying, “Kanye West revealed the first baby pic of daughter, North West”?

Probably not.

Anyway, the webloid’s “insider” says the cancellation will be announced “probably on a Friday afternoon so it won’t generate a ton of negative press for Kris.”

Here’s the real deal.

Will “Kris” be canceled?

RadarOnline made a guess, and has a 50-50 chance of being right.

However, a source connected to the production says the “rumors are false,” and any “decisions about a new season will not be made until later this year.”

The show itself also shot down the report (see tweet below).

Whether the show gets axed, time will tell, but Jenner was certainly not already told there’s “no chance the talk show is going to get a green light.”
