Award winning producer-director, Tunde Kelani has announced plans to begin shooting a new movie in a few weeks.
In characteristic Kelani style, the new project is an adaptation of the book Dazzling Mirage, written by Olayinka Abimbola Egbokhare.
‘I’m intrigued by the writer’s approach to weave a love story with it and that to me, it is an attraction. I have also had personal relationship with sufferers of this ailment and I consider it my responsibility to bring their story to fore’, Kelani said.
The story narrates the travails of a sickle cell patient who is faced with a lot crises because of her peculiar genotype.
