Nollywood actor Segun Arinze on Friday of last week auditioned over 50 aspiring actors in a bid to choose the cast of his upcoming TV series.
According to the talented actor, people between ages ten to fifty who are proficient with the use of English language were invited for the audition.
A new star identified as Kunle Babatunde whom Segun Arinze discovered at a secondary school in Ojodu-Ikeja Lagos also took part in the audition.
“This production I’m working on is quite unique and it will set a new standard in this industry. We no longer have kid actors in Nigeria, and this is part of the problems we will solve. It is high time viewers got more value for their money. From the crew to the cast and story line, we will definitely raise the bar,” said Arinze.
The few lucky actors selected from the last acting audition are set to come to location soon.
